What is your turnaround time?

Please allow us 7-14 days to personalise, print, handcraft and deliver your order straight to your doorstep. If it's a gift, please order at least two weeks in advance.

For collection, journals are ready within 7 days.

Do you offer collection?

Point of collection is our home in Bardale Village, Cape Town and you can choose the collection option in checkout. When your order is ready, collection has to be arranged with us via the contact information we will email to you.

Do you make custom journal covers?

If you would like a more unique cover, kindly email us to enquire: hello@askindesignsco.com. We take on custom orders when we have the capacity and are able to do your requested design.

Can I resell your journals?

We currently do not offer a reseller program.

What began as a side hustle in 2023 has become something bigger than us: a ministry. My mom and I have partnered with God to bring people closer to Him through the healing power of journaling. The two of us design, print and craft our journals from our home in Cape Town.
